St. Anthony Mary Claret

St. Anthony Mary Claret was a Spanish Catholic prelate and missionary who served as Archbishop of Santiago of Cuba and was the confessor of Isabella II of Spain. He founded the congregation of Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, commonly called the Claretians.

There are 184 members of the Congregation of the Missionaries Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary who died during the persecution against the Church in Mexico (1927) and in Spain (1936-1939).
